Tom Dunn

Tom Dunn’s authentic approach to real estate and emphasis on customer relations, coupled with over 20 years of experience, ensures that his clients receive exceptional guidance while achieving their Real Estate goals.
In 1994, Tom moved to the Rocky Mountains of Colorado after graduating from the business school at The University of Texas at Austin. Tom got his start in the hospitality industry, where he honed his business and customer relations expertise. Eventually transitioning to property management, he impressively launched the East-West Resorts Bachelor Gulch division and established a high-volume property management portfolio.
Always keeping his clients’ needs top of mind and focusing on how he can drive value for others, Tom’s extensive network and talents set him up for immediate success in the real estate industry. Tom quickly became a top real estate producer, beginning his real estate career at a boutique Beaver Creek Brokerage.
Tom exceeded $600 million in career sales and was at one point was the #1 agent at Berkshire Hathaway for the state of Colorado. After a triumphant entrance into the real estate market, Tom joined the LIV Sotheby’s International Realty team in 2014 and continues to excel to this day.
Setting the highest standard for client satisfaction, Tom not only helps his buyers and sellers achieve their Real Estate goals but provides them with a rewarding and enjoyable experience that turns many first-time connections into lifelong relationships.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time outdoors, mountain biking, and snowboarding with his 17-year-old son Carson and 19-year-old daughter Ella. When he’s not adventuring in the valley, Tom serves his community as an active member of The Vail Church and the local chapter of SEARCH.
